Knock, Knock, its February Calling....

Remember your January 1st resolution...

     This is going to be a strong year~
       I'M GOING TO BE HEALTHY
       I'M GOING TO TAKE CARE OF MYSELF
       I'M GOING TO BE MY BEST ME!!!!!

Now that January is making its exit and February is knocking at your door, think about your successes and, yes, your frustrations.


Reassess and rekindle that resolve that started out strong!

It's time to remember:

    * Be happy with who you are and where you are right now!

    * Set your next month's goal.  What in your life can you tweak this month that will keep your journey moving forward?  Maybe get a fitness tracker and resolve to get more steps each day than the day before.  Or possibly decide to do 30, 45 or 60 minutes of some fitness activity a day.  Perhaps you want to resolve to read 30 minutes each
     day from that novel you've had sitting on your bedside table.

     *Whatever your goal, it's a great idea to have someone to share your goal with, a partner...your sister, best friend, or coworker. Share your goal and talk to each other throughout the month about how things are going.  This will keep your goal In the forefront. A goal verbalized daily eventually becomes a good, healthy habit!

SO, FEBRUARY...HERE I COME😄!!
